I am long standing horticultural professional with over 25 years experience in teaching and research. I have supported the development of the horticultural profession in Kenya through the Horticultural Association of Kenya (HAK) where I served as Chairman and Vice-Chairman. I have a proven track record in organizing scientific events and fostering professional networks. I support and mentor youth through the Horticulture Students Association as the patron. I am actively engaged in research and innovation to advance scientific knowledge in horticulture in new frontiers such as microgreens, simplified hydroponics and other technologies for urban horticulture.
