The official Executive Committee and Council dinner is scheduled for August 22.

The Executive Committee and Joint Executive Committee and Council meetings will be in-person meetings, held at the Kyoto International Conference Center which is also the venue of IHC2026.

More information and practical details including the time-schedule for meetings and social events will be shared with you in due course closer toward the date of the Congress.
