[1] Dr. Tim O’Hare (Australia)
Prof. Tim O’Hare is the current Chair of the ISHS Division of Horticulture for Human Health (DHEA) (2022-2026), and before this, was the Vice-Chair of this Division (2018-2022). He was previously a Principal Researcher at Queensland Alliance of Agriculture and Food Innovation (QAAFI) at the University of Queensland, Australia, specialising in the development and biofortification of fruit, nuts and vegetables with naturally-enhanced health benefits. He has been involved in the operation and development of multiple ISHS Symposia and ISHS Working Groups, and has wide-ranging experience across multiple disciplines, including post-harvest physiology, biochemistry, breeding, and molecular biology, spanning a 37-year research career.
