 [1] Dr. In-Bok Lee (Korea)

Professor at Seoul National University, College of Agricultural and Life Sciences, Republic of Korea. I received a PhD degree in 1998 in environmental control of agricultural building at the Ohio State University, USA. My major research fields are 1) HVAC of agricultural buildings (greenhouses, vertical farm, livestock houses, storage, etc), 2) atmospheric dispersion (spore, aerosol, airborne disease, livestock odor, etc), and 3) energy saving and renewable energy. I have conducted the researches by the knowledge, skills, and experiences of aerodynamics and energy engineering in agriculture. Although my various computer simulation skills and abilities are very well known, I always emphasize the importance of field experiments the most. Moreover, I am actively participating in the development of field application technology through combining various advanced ICT and AI technologies. I am the current Chair of the Division Precision Horticulture and Engineering.

[2] Dr. Carlos Poblete-Echeverría (South Africa)

Dr. Carlos Poblete‑Echeverría is an associate professor at Stellenbosch University and Coordinator of the Digital Agricultural Research Group. His research focuses on AI, proximal and remote sensing, robotics, and crop‑water modelling applied to precision horticulture. He has supervised 26 MSc and 5 PhD students and contributed to 42 research projects. He has published 83 journal articles, 3 book chapters, and 100+ conference papers (h‑index = 33). He serves as Associate Editor for several internationally recognised journals. He has participated in scientific committees of international conferences in viticulture, horticulture, and sensing technologies. His academic trajectory spans Chile, Mexico, Spain, and South Africa, contributing globally to digital horticulture.
