Occasionally, some users experience what appears like an endless loop that redirects them to the same login page again.
Such issue relates to the cookies management on certain web browsers and configurations.
‘Cookies’ are required to maintain your login status.
In such case, while on the login page, try selecting the option to ‘login using a shared computer‘ instead (or the other way around).
Selecting that option in most cases proves to solve the issue.
Please contact ISHS should the problem persist.
