ISHS is legally registered in Belgium as an International Non-Profit Organization in accordance with the law of October 25, 1919

A copy of the latest update of the ISHS statutes (published in the Belgian Official Gazette, August 13, 2024) is available.
The legal seat of the Society is registered at: Pastoriestraat 2, 3360 Korbeek-Lo (Bierbeek), Belgium.

ISHS is an independent non-profit organization which is entirely self-sustaining and does not rely on public funding or other financial assistance.
Funding of ISHS operations is primarily through the valued support of ISHS members who contribute by paying their membership dues, sponsors, donations, bequests and from sales of scientific publications and subscriptions.
