Abstract
The photometric properties of some "double wall insulating" plastics used as greenhouse cover were established following the general technical card of the NBN 894.

A first approach of agronomic presentation of these data is proposed.

Sharp differences appear between the materials actually on the market, in relation with their chemical composition, their fabrication, their thickness …

The importance of the knowledge of the reflection properties of the materials and of their transmission factor in diffused light (esp. cloudy sky) is shown.
