Abstract
The aim of this paper is to give a short presentation of a planning method based on a Monte-Carlo-technique. (For more detailed descriptions see references 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10.)

The presentation is built up around a simple planning example.
This example is chosen so that it can also be analysed with traditional LP-technique (LP=linear programming). First the LP- and the Monte-Carlo-models of this problem are presented as well as the Monte-Carlo-seeking-process here used.
Then different possibilities to build Monte-Carlo-models, which may be better descriptions of the planning problem are presented.
