Abstract
When investigating the working methods during the asparagus harvest, the difference was considered between individual and central grading.
It appeared that the performance was about 60 and 30 kg resp. per man-hour, while complaints were heard about the quality of the work on the central grading sections.
This was the reason for this investigation.
