ROLE OF US-TRAINED HORTICULTURISTS IN HORTICULTURE DEVELOPMENT IN NEPAL

Very few Nepalese horticulturists have so far received training in the US though the training program has been running for more than three decades.
Altogether six persons have received non-academic training while eight have had academic training.
Everyone has expressed satisfaction towards their training program and rated it very high.
Everyone has come back to Nepal successfully and contributed in his own way to different aspects of horticulture development.
