Abstract
A.nidus-avis has been propagated traditionally from spore germination although further development into gametophyte and sporophyte is a very slow process.
In this work, the regeneration capacity of A.nidus-avis leaves in liquid medium is studied.
The newly formed sporophytes were transferred monthly to fresh medium and they grew normally.
The regeneration and developmental time needed to produce sporophytes from a stock of young plantlets has been substantially shortened
