Abstract
Mango production in Asia covers an area of 1.002 million ha and total production is 12.42 million tonnes.
India accounts for about 60.5 percent of the world’s mango production.
This paper presents information on the mango cultivars commonly grown in Asia and cultural and production practices currently used for mango growing in Asia.
