Abstract
The biocontrol of root knot nematodes needs a better understanding of the efficiency of the unfriendly plants related with them.

The results showed that some of this alternative plant protection methods increased plant growth and yield.

Only in untreated plots, infection symptoms and root knot nematodes on plants were observed.
