Sustaining Horticulture in a Changing World
The Division Sustaining Horticulture in a Changing World (DSUS) provides opportunities to focus on cross-divisional topics within ISHS such as climate-smart horticulture, circular resource systems, resilient production models that safeguard biodiversity and livelihoods. Equally, this Division promotes advances in education, extension, and communication techniques and technology for engaging new generations of horticultural scientists and practitioners. It encourages cooperation among researchers, educators, and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, strengthening horticulture’s contribution to global sustainability goals. DSUS integrates these strengths to advance both the science and the societal relevance of horticulture.
