QUOTATION OF EXPECTED EQUILIBRIUM – PRICES OF APPLES IN THE LAKE CONSTANCE REGION

The method of estimating expected equilibrium-prices of apples as developed by our experiment during four seasons has proved to be of practical value under the conditions of the fruit growing region of Lake Constance.
It seems to be possible, and would be desirable, to introduce this method into other fruit growing regions of Europe which have no central fruit markets with open price formation mechanisms.
