Abstract
In a breeding programme of IAnigozanthos manglesii the first step was selection for parent plants with good horticultural traits.
The parents were crossed to obtain experimental hybrids.
Four of the hybrids have been propagated and released as new varieties.
In the next step selection for seed germination of hybrids should be done for producing seed-propagated varieties.
