Abstract
We synthesized 3,4,5-tri-O-caffeoylquinic acid (3,4,5-triCQA) rabbit polyclonal antibodies and investigated the affinity of 3,4,5-triCQA-antibodies to other caffeoylquinic acid analogs and 3,4,5-triCQA. We examined whether this new antibody to 3,4,5-triCQA was able to measure differences in the 3,4,5-triCQA content among sweet potato varieties and lines.
