Abstract
Recent developments relating to virus eradication by tissue culture, thermotherapy and chemotherapy are reviewed.
The factors controlling virus eradication during therapeutic treatment, and the problems associated with virus indexing, maintenance and reinfection of the regenerated plants, are considered.
