Abstract
Esterase isozyme of different S-alleles in Brassica oleracea var.capitata were detected by electrophoresis technique.
Immature-green seeds were collected from both parentel lines and hybrids and used as the sources of crude extracts in this study.

The differences of the electrophoretic patterns of esterase isozyme of different S-alleles and their hybrids were observed.
Therefore, the author proposes this technique to predetermine the percentage of hybridity in the F1 hybrid seed plot of those crops which the sibbing is one of the problems.

The percentage of hybridity obtained could be used in the estimation of the F1 hybrid seed yield which is so significant in the production line of seed industry.
