Abstract
The control of pear psylla is made by selective inhibitors of chitine formation.
The timing of insecticide application is based on monitoring of pear psylla abundance and temperature-driven model of its development.
The efficiency of protection against pear psylla populations resistant to classical insecticides is enhanced by presence of their natural enemies which further maintain population density below the damage level.
