Abstract
Air temperature and relative humidity are the 2 most important environmental factors, which influence the expression of plants.
The price of some horticultural crops is greatly influenced by temperature difference during key physiological stage.
Misting can reduce plant temperature effectively through evaporative cooling.
Otherwise, spraying water can prevent the crops from the damage of chilling, frost, foehn, mites, codling moth, etc., The purpose of this system is to combine different sensors (including air temperature sensor, relative humidity sensor and surface wetness sensor), logic modules, logic controllers, temperature processing controller, and timers.
This automated system according to plant growth models is designed to regulate the microclimate in the vicinity of plants to focus on economic and ecological outlooks.
