Most California processing tomato growers utilize some advanced internet-based business information system.
Growers and processors are seeking innovation to improve productivity and achieve environmental goals.
Approaches to expanding and refining information integration between industry and research organizations are discussed.
Key is the successful utilization of shrinking University research results by growers to stem the increasing agronomic and regulatory complexity and financial risk.
