TOMATO TASTING AND CONSUMER ATTITUDE

This paper reports on taste tests conducted on tomatoes by the CBT in the Netherlands.
A survey was conducted in Germany on preferences for tomatoes from different countries.
The paper also reports on taste tests conducted by the Sprenger Institute using trained panelists.
