Abstract
The Economic Management Programme (EMP) is a service, run for Danish fruit growers.
Since 1993 a project has been working, in which a new PC programme has been tested by 20 growers.
Their orchard registrations, made on the Grower’s Module, are sent by discs to the Advisory Service and transformed to an Analysis Module.
With this programme module a number of specific economic analyses can be made, and annual Crop Reports on the economic status are made in apples, pears, sour cherries, black currants and strawberries.
