Abstract
A brief overview about international vegetable cooperation in the last few years, and how to make contribution to solve the problems concerning people’s daily life.
Several successful examples were given e.g. postharvest project invented new mathed used by farmers; a coorated breeding project released new watermelon hybrids

This paper emphasized that international cooperation is not only for the research products but also for promoting the developing countries to make contacts to better understand the world trend and join their efforts to the development of the world horticultural progress.
Suggestion to extend international cooperation was mentioned.
