Abstract
The experiment was conducted by growing pineapple in the field at Petchaburi province, Thailand.
Randomised Complete Block Design was employed with following treatments; two species of VAM, Glomus mosseae and Glomus manihotis, full recommended rate and half rate of mineral fertiliser and the control.
The results showed the efficiency of VAM in increasing yield of pineapple and also increase the efficacy of mineral fertiliser by increased yield of pineapple at 66% over the control in the treatment of mixed VAM with half rate of fertiliser, while the yield of 64.39 % over the control was found in the treatment with full rate of fertiliser.
