NEW CONTRIBUTION TO TETRACYCLINE TREATMENTS FOR APRICOT CHLOROTIC LEAF ROLL

Treatments with tetracycline HCl were applied in 1975
(diluted solutions) and in 1976 (concentrated solution)
to stone fruit trees, affected by ACLR. The results showed
that ACLR symptoms presented only a short temporary remission
after the treatments applied in 1975. The method
of injecting small amounts of a concentrated solution of
tetracycline has several advantages that are discussed
here.
