Abstract
The aim of the research was to: (1) map the distribution pattern for Arumanis mango from producers to consumers; (2) develop a strategy for improving mango marketing in East Java; and (3) find alternative methods to improve postharvest handling practices for Arumanis mango.
Results show that there were seven channels for marketing Arumanis mango.
Improving postharvest handling practices improved both the quality and competitiveness of Arumanis mango in the market.
