Abstract
Using ISSR molecular markers, the genetic variations among parents and F1 hybrids of three hybrid combinations (A: A6×A5; B: A3×A4; C: A1×W1) of lily Lilium were analyzed, using NTSYSpc2.0 software for analysis.
The heredity character and genetic relationship between parents and offspring were explored and the genetic diversity of the lily cultivars population was studied.
The research aimed at providing theoretical guidance and a practical base for parent selection in lily hybridization breeding, for the selection of lily crosses, for the creation of lily germplasm and investigating the genetic diversity of lily.
The result shows seven stable 100 ISSR primers, which could get 95 amplification loci and 69 polymorphic loci, with polymorphic loci percentage of 72.63. From the clustering figure we can see that the combinations A6×A5 and A3×A4 in general tend to have a male parent, while A1×W1 in general tends to have a female parent.
