Abstract
A review is given of the various methods developed to detect viroid infections.
In addition the lines along which we now try to solve the problem of large-scale testing for cucumber pale fruit, chrysanthemum stunt and potato spindle tuber viroids in the Netherlands by serological means are discussed.
Some preliminary results are given.
