Today, our society expresses high and precise demands for high quality food products.

Knowledge about risk factor effects at the everyday life, made the consumer society to make a careful estimation of administrative controle and about the use of pesticide, mineral fertilizers, etc.

A new ecological consciousness has been formed for the last decade that forced to spread laws and regulations about health and nature protecting.

In this period, risk factors have also encreased because of various pollutants, herbicides, chemical fertilizers used without appropriate knowledge and unprofessionally.
Development of pharmaceutical sciences represents also a sort of risk.

These data are the results of research work which have been done with the aim to receive high warranty in toxicological limits of substances applied for human and animal nutrition and for plant production.
These data help to estabilish new analytical standard methods, sutable for control of established parametric values of sanitary norms, that are in the process of modernization and adapt to new conditions.
The wide spread of information service can be also add here.
However, the objective data are not always available what is the reason for neglecting the real data.

These reflections must be present in reality, which should be done in this center.

Our attention and competence is aimed at a certain agricultural production and at a plant products taken mainly from natural ambient, that have pesticide residues as a risk factor.

These species are mainly cultivated and are percentually limited, taken from the natural resources and are effected by environment, absorbing supstances from the soil and from the atmoshpere.

Strange substances cycle with different spead around the earth, and they come from the soil by normal metabolic and chemical processes of atmospheric pollution, as well as those substances that originate from underground waters.
