Abstract
The cv.
Willamette accounts for 70 % (50 000 t) of the Yugoslav raspberry production.
In tests for virus infection in the area where only this cultivar is grown, raspberry bushy dwarf virus (RBDV) was detected in four of 20 different localities.
Plants of wild Rubus spp. from the mountains surrounding this area were sampled and RBDV was detected in 16 % of wild raspberry but not in blackberry.
