Abstract
Cucumber (Biet Alpha, 18 and Rawa varieties) and pepper (variety 555) were tested at chilling and non-chilling inducing temperature +85% R.H. Packaging in non-perforated polyethylene bags over wrapped and unwrapping were used.
Incidence and development of chilling injury symptoms and related problems were assessed during cold storage and post-storage simulated retail marketing.
