Abstract
In this paper preliminary results comparing several nitrogen nutrition strategies at different treatment dates in grapevine are presented.
Post-harvest nitrogen supply, by isobutylidene diurea (IBDU) or dicyandiamide (D.C.D.) positively influence total buds, sprouting buds and cluster number; these nitrogen strategies achieve more balanced plants, according to Approved Viticultural Area (AVA) lawmaking of this area.
