TWO NEW GUAIANOLIDES FROM TANACETUM FRUTICULOSUM LEDEB.

Two new guaianolides, 3, 4 – epoxy – 8 – isobutyryloxyguaia – 1(10), 11(13) – dien – 12,6 – olide (Carlaolide A) (1) and 3, 4 – epoxy – 8 – angeloyloxyguaia – 1(10), 11(13) – dien – 12,6 – olide (Carlaolide B) (2) from Tanacetum fruticulosum were isolated, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic studies.
