Abstract
‘Dazhai Huangxin Mang’ is a new mango cultivar selected from wild mango.
The average fruit weight is 188.7 g, fruit shape is reniform, peel color is yellow and flesh color is golden yellow after maturing, flesh is juicy, sweet with a little sour.
Total soluble solid content is 15.19%, total sugar content is 15.49%, total acid is 3.15%, vitamin C content is 0.02 mg g‑1, crude fiber is 0.31% and edible rate is 80.56%. Besides, it has characteristics of early-maturing, stable and high yield, harvesting from mid-May to early July in Yunnan province.
