Abstract
Mulberry (Morus spp.) is a member of the Moraceae family and belongs to the Morus genus.
This genus is known to have 24 species and 100 variants.
In Turkey, 69,475 t of product is obtained from 2,030,741 fruit bearing mulberry trees.
In Adıyaman, one of the southeastern provinces, 5,745 t of mulberry are produced from 73,511 mulberry trees.
In recent years, mulberry cultivation has gained importance in Adıyaman.
Mulberry fruit has a large market potential as processed items rather than fresh food, particularly in Adıyaman provinceRSQUOs Tut district.
As a result, the goal of this research is to uncover the general production potential and economic evaluation of mulberry growing in Adıyaman through an in-depth examination.
