Abstract
Fertilized peat with various moisture contents has been stored for 0, 4, 6, and 12 months at -18, 4, 12, 20, and 35 °C. A lot of reactions take place during these storages.
Losses of nitrogen by denitrification and immobilisation by transforming inorganic nitrogen to organic bound nitrogen seems to occur.
