AN ANALYSIS SYSTEM TO ESTABLISH THE DEGREE OF INCAPACITY
This system aims to give insight into the work load of the separate operations (work load patterns).
By comparing this pattern with the labour requirement of the operation concerned, the work load can be established per crop, cropping plan or enterprise.
In this way the work load can be contrasted to the capacity profile of people who have a certain handicap as a result of carrying out these operations, to determine to what degree they are still able to perform them.
The level of the benefit is based on this assessment.
The comparison of the work load pattern with the capacity profile indicates for which components there are discrepancies between the requirements (the work load) of the work and the capacity of the individual concerned.
In some cases adjustments (working methods, facilities) can bring capacities into line with requirements, so that the individual will be able to perform optimally.
Furthermore, work load patterns allow us to work purposefully towards the improvement of working conditions concerning specific operations, if the adverse effects of specific work loads (posture during work, weights, circumstances) are known.
