Abstract
During the course of the experiment four different origins of vegetatively propagated plants and three different origins of generatively propagated plants were compared.
A nearly synchronized cultivation of all plants could take place after potting up.

During the propagation period 17 % of the scarified seeds, 9 % of the callused cuttings, and 6.5 % of the unrooted cuttings failed.
Growth and further development of the plants were quite different due to the circumstances of stress during shipment and transplanting.
The plants derived from unrooted cuttings and those from seeds grew best when compared to the other treatments.
Seeds sown directly resulted in a particularly fast and strong plant development.
