Abstract
Research aimed to study changes in onion reproductive response of different cultivars in relation to photothermal conditions corresponding to seven growing cycles started in various periods of the year.
The results of the experiments, carried out in a typical Mediterranean area, with the "seed to seed" method, were greatly affected by the considered factors, above all in terms of flowering time and percentage, seed ripening time, seed production and related parameters and components.
