Abstract
Horticultural holdings need individual quality control to ensure the profitability of the quality production.
In this contribution different methods of cost calculation are compared.
The results lead to the conclusion that the latest approaches of quality-related costs are advantageous to greenhouse growers.
These approaches determine the wasteful costs of nonconformance or analyse the production chain.
