Abstract
This paper describes a primary project looking at the potential for using the Internet to compile and exchange information between producers.
For this case study, protected tomato cultivation in Sweden was selected as there are many possibilities to improve cultural and financial performance through the use of the right information.
During the project, producers adapted to the use of the Internet and found the data helpful in runing their businesses.
