Abstract
On the basis of abundant research, the authors believe that in order to enhance the industrialization process of ‘Nantong-xiaofangshi’ persimmon, we can comply with the following suggestions.
First, we may excavate the connotation of the Nantong city’s local culture and the persimmon culture.
Secondly, we can try to increase intensive management and postharvest commercialization.
Meanwhile we could register an agricultural products brand of geographical indication and establish a standardized green foods’ producing base.
