Abstract
The McIntosh apple trees were sprayed with ethephon at 480 ppm + NAA at 40 ppm or with daminozide at 1000 ppm or ethephon + NAA + daminozide.
These growth regulators were applied: ethephon for 1 or 2 weeks, NAA for 1 week and daminozide for 2 months before harvest.
The experiment was designed with randomized blocks of 15 replicates /trees/ per treatment and was carried out in 3 experiments stations in different parts of Poland.
