PRODUCTION PLANNING OF OUTDOOR VEGETABLES, A PRACTICAL EXAMPLE

Outdoor vegetables producers who are young and newly established often do not have enough experience in production of outdoor vegetables.

They are often too optimistic, as to the lenght of time they have to work, expecially in the harvest season therefore the vegetables will often be harvested too late and be of second quality.

At the same time many of them are too optimistic when they invest in the farm and the machinery as to payment of the capital.
Many times we have had succes with a production planning.
The producer and his bank often show their thankfulness.

In this paper we discuss how to make a production planning in a practical and simple way.
