Abstract
Classical technics for photoperiodism and Orchestra ® method differ in their opposite technological conception.

In classical photoperiodism, only the strict varietal response is used in order to get a regular production in time the more rapidly as possible, leading to the minimum product in its development and aspect.

On the contrary, the Orchestra ® method is used only for facing a precise date for the sale.
It allows the producer to choose among several anticipated formulas the more convenient one and allows to get the largest benefit from the quality of the product, and helps to plane for the cultural interventions.
