Abstract
Red raspberry selections and cultivars were planted in June 1984 at Leikanger(latitude 61°11′), Stjørdal (63°29′),Bodø (67°16′) and Alta (69°58′), Location and clone interacted for primocane height and number of primocanes in the first growing season.
There were differences between the clones for these growth characters within all locations except Bodø. At Stjørdal there were clonal differences in the production of suckers with primary rosettes.
