Abstract
Data about the reaction to vernalization which contain indications to the cold requirement, the potential beginning of receptiveness to stimuli (juvenile phase), the inductive temperature range, antivernalization and devernalization and photoperiodic reactions were collected from literature for the most important vegetable crops.
From these data general reactions schemes are derived and discussed.
