Abstract
Six strains of heterograft chimera were established using Brassica oleracea and B. campestris or B. napus. The chimeras between B. oleracea and B. campestris presented mericlinal chimeric structure although those between B. oleracea and B. napus did periclinal one.
The chimeral characteristics were mainly influenced by inner layers while floral organs such as Petal were controlled by the outer layers.
